Get Involved

The Summit County Collaborative Against Human Trafficking’s committees and subcommittees meet regularly. We welcome you to attend one of our meetings. Information on these can be found under our “Meetings & Events” tab, or on our Facebook page.

More Ways to Get Involved:

Follow SCCAHT on Facebook: Summit County Collaborative Against Human Trafficking.

Learn the basics about human trafficking, such as the info on our “Stay Informed” tab. The Polaris Project is another helpful resource.

Learn to recognize the signs of trafficking.

Make socially and ethically-conscious purchase decisions, such as looking for the Fair Trade seal on products.

Spread the message and information starting with your own family, friends and inner circle

Make a connection with a school or community organization, and contact our Speaker’s Bureau via Megan Vermillion (meganv@scmcbws.org) to set up a training for your group.
